QuickCert provides users with tools to generate certificates efficiently. By using QuickCert, you acknowledge and agree that any data you input, such as names, credentials, or other certificate-related information, will be processed by QuickCert. However, any PDFs generated by QuickCert will not be stored and will be permanently deleted immediately after the generation process is complete.
When creating an account on QuickCert, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
Users can purchase coins for use within QuickCert to generate certificates. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided for coin purchases. However, if there is an issue with your coin balance, you can contact us for assistance, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
QuickCert reserves the right to take action against users who misuse the platform or violate these terms, including but not limited to suspending or terminating a user's account, without prior notice. Misuse may include but is not limited to fraudulent activities, submitting false or inaccurate information, or any behavior that harms the platform or its users.
All content on QuickCert, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of QuickCert or its content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission from QuickCert.
QuickCert is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to access the platform. This includes loss of data, financial losses, or any other damages that result from your use of our services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuickCert operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
QuickCert reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time without prior notice.
